Description

The original Inn dates back to the turn of the 16th century and has been the choice of generations as a venue to enjoy fine food, wines and ales. The Bowling Green, after which the Inn is named, is one of the oldest in the British Isles. The existing records of the Club go back only to 1775, but it is quite clear that the Club was in existence for a very long time before that date.

The Inn has 12 en-suite bedrooms, ranging from cosy double rooms through to our executive suite with four poster bed. All rooms have television, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Ironing facilities are available on request Many of the rooms can be used as doubles, twins or family rooms, depending on your requirements.
