This superior detached barn conversion stands in the tranquil hamlet of Berrier, nestling in the open countryside only minutes away from the main A66 road and approximately 6/7 miles from Junction 40 of the M6 motorway at Penrith.

Berrier is the ideal location to travel from to nearby Keswick, Ullswater and, of course, the surrounding mountains and fells. Also nearby is the Eden Valley and its pretty villages, which can be very interesting to explore.

The Accommodation sleeps 7. There are two galleried bedrooms, one leading from the kitchen area with three single beds, and the other, leading from the living area via a curved staircase has two single beds, The third bedroom is on thje ground floor and has a double bed. The bathroom is also on the ground floor, with a three piece suite consisting of bath, WC and wash-hand basin. There is also an independent shower over the bath.
