We are a small, friendly, holiday cottage agency offering over 50 properties in and around the village of Hawkshead. This pretty village made famous by Beatrix Potter and Wordsworth with its’ pubs, cafes and village shops, is the ideal base for exploring the Lake District

We pride ourselves in knowing our cottages inside and out, able to describe everything from the view from the windows to the easiest walk to the pub. Whether you want a romantic cottage for 2, a comfortable base for walking (with or without your dog), or perhaps a large house for a special family celebration we have the perfect holiday home for you.
