Recently chosen by Country Living as their Canterbury B&B, Sylvan Cottage has inglenooks, beams, log fires, plus new 21st century additions, and is popular with Channel hoppers, walkers, cyclists and families.
Walk from the City centre and enjoy a secluded rural break surrounded by fields and wildlife. Cosy quality rooms, large comfortable beds, and breakfast served until 12 noon at week-ends.
Well equipped accommodation for all ages, including ground floor room with private patio, guest kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge etc. Supper and ready meals available, or walk to the pub. New additional off-road parking or we’ll collect guests from stations.

B&B from £60 per room, Singles from £40 Sun-Thurs.

Directions to Sylvan Cottage

From M20 junction 11 take B2068 to Canterbury. From M2 take A2 towards Canterbury. To avoid City traffic completely by-pass Canterbury and take Bridge slip road. Cross back over the A2 and head towards Canterbury. Straight across 'Old Gate' roundabout, past the schools and left at the traffic lights before the County Cricket ground (B2068 Hythe).
Our white house has a postbox in wall and is on the LEFT surrounded by fields.
